That's my guy!

My fab hubby was the Chef of the Day at the Chef's table at Chesapeake. This is what he made:
Roasted Beef Tenderloin w/ a wild mushroom demi glace
Rosemary Mashed Potatoes
Grilled Asparagus
Chocolate Chip Pecan Bread Pudding with Kentucky Bourbon Sauce

YUMMY! Whose ready for lunch????

We had a great time in Dallas and Jana was an exceptional host. She has a dashing beau that she is sporting and he was a very good sport with all of us. We will convert him to an OU fan before it is all over! BOOMER SOONER!

I have a very busy weekend with all of the school assignments that I must complete before September 9th, OU watch party, and a family picture shoot. Yes ladies and gentleman, J-Dub finally has a limited number of bruises on his forehead and we are going to attempt his one year pics. K-man is loving Kindergarten. I love it when he comes home singing new songs that he learns in music. Yesterday, he took his lunch for the first time. No tacos for this kiddo - no sir! The other day he came home and told me he had "snake fingers" for lunch aka steak fingers. I asked him if he liked them and he said... "NO! They tried to make us eat brains inside there!"
Uhhh...what??? My friend Caden said it looked like snake brains.
Thanks Caden. Thanks. Alot.
